Terms and Conditions for BOIR Manager

Welcome to BOIR Manager (the "Platform"). By using the Platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use. Please review these terms carefully. In these Terms of Use, the words “you” and “your” refer to each customer or application user. “We,” “us,” “Platform,” and “our” refer to BOIRManager.com.
1. Description of Service
BOIR Manager is a platform designed to assist users in tracking, reporting, and filing Beneficial Ownership Information (BOI) reports with the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN).
The Platform is provided free of charge to fill out reports and Payment is required only when reports are filed with FinCEN via the Platform.
We strive to keep our reports current and up-to-date. However, because the report can change, we cannot guarantee that all the information and form is completely current.
This Platform is not intended to create any attorney-client relationship, and your use of our Platform does not and will not create an attorney-client relationship between you and BOIR Manager. You will be representing yourself in legal matters you may undertake using our reporting service.
2. User Data
By using the Platform, you agree to provide accurate and complete information, including your name, email address, and payment information. We may collect, use, and store this information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
3. Non-Personal Data Collection
We may collect non-personal data through the use of web cookies. This data is used to improve the functionality of the Platform and enhance your user experience. By using the Platform, you consent to the use of cookies in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Please review our Privacy Policy for information on how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. Our Privacy Policy is available at https://www.boirmanager.com/privacy-policy. BOIR Manager’s Privacy Policy is expressly incorporated into this agreement by reference.

These Terms & Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America.
6. Ownership
This Platform is owned and operated by Woodall BOIR Management, LLC. All right, title and interest in and to the materials provided on this Platform, including but not limited to information, documents, logos, graphics, sounds and images (the "Materials") are owned either by BOIR Manager or by our respective third party authors, developers or vendors ("Third Party Providers").
7. Updates to the Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Services at any time. You will be notified of any changes by email. Continued use of the Platform after any such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes.
8. Rights and Responsibilities
BOIR Manager is not the publisher of User Content. We take no responsibility and assume no liability for content posted by you or any third party. Although we cannot make an absolute guarantee of system security, we take reasonable steps to maintain security. If you have reason to believe system security has been breached, contact us for help.
9. No Warranty
This platform and all materials, documents, and forms are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, BOIR Manager expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement.
We make no warranty that the A) platform will meet your requirements; B) the platform will be available on an uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free basis; C) The quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you through the platform will meet your expectations.
Notwithstanding the above, BOIR Manager offers a satisfaction guarantee. If your report cannot be submitted successfully, you can email us to request a refund so long as your report has not been successfully submitted.
